The community association team includes all the groups that make your community work, including and managed by the Board of Directors.

Elected by members. Serve as Volunteers. Set policies to be carried out by each group.

  • Agree to abide by covenants, rules and policies
  • Authority to elect/recall Board members
  • Authority to vote on amendments to documents
  • May have authority to retify/reject budget
  • Authority to amend documents

Duties Include:
  • Corporate Agent
  • Liason for the Board, Legal, Contractors, and Homeowners
  • Accounting
  • Contract Oversight
  • Covenant/Rules Enforcement
  • Insurance Claims
  • General Oversight of Association Responsibility

Duties Include:
  • Representation of the Asssociation in Legal Matters, such as collection, covenant matters, & other legal matters
  • Completion of Annual Audit/Review and Tax Returns
  • Financial Accounting Advice and Oversight
  • Insurance Advice
  • Reserve Study Consultations
